Hutt Valley Volunteer Fire Police held their Unit AGM on the evening of Tuesday 14 October.
Some highlights from the night:

• Megan Chambers and Rosanne English were sworn as Fire Police Constables by Bruce Key JP, and invested as full members of the Hutt Valley Fire Police. Congratulations to you both.
  
• DCFO Bernie Rush was welcomed and spoke briefly to the membership.
  
• Officer Appointments were made:

Members of the Hutt Valley Fire Police Unit participated in ANZAC Day services across the Hutt Valley on this day, April 25th. ANZAC Day is a day where we as a community remember those who have served and died in the name of Australia and New Zealand in conflicts the world over.

Hutt Valley Fire Police Unit has a regularly scheduled Training programme, interspersed with formal unit meetings.

Not to mention any recent Operational Callouts the unit has attended.
